Human Rebirth in the Era of Robots

Language: english Time for review: 75 minutes On daily basis faster computers, better connectivity, advanced robotics are pushing the boundaries of our day to day both in personal and professional life. The development of technology over the past decade had enormous progress, in terms of technological innovation and applications in our life. AI powered assistants replace the need for own reception, bots perform bookings instead of travel managers; platforms keep track of our cash flows. The evolution of the robots and AI causes concern about the idea of artificial entities "stealing" jobs from people. Sometimes it is hard to see that it brings a great opportunity for the humanity to be more humans and leave dangerous and repetitive tasks for the robots. In this talk we analyse the reasons why the "modern" education system does a poor job preparing students for the upcoming reality.
